Abstract: Euclidean Ramsey theory is a natural geometric version of Ramsey theory, asking about what we can say when we finitely colour the Euclidean space Rn. The talk will present background and then go on to some more recent results. No knowledge of the area or of Ramsey theory will be assumed.
